Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using S4-Social Loop responsibly and with appropriate authority.

1. Use only what you are authorized to use

You may use S4-Social Loop only for businesses, workspaces, websites, social accounts, content, and data you are authorized to manage. Do not impersonate another person, bypass provider permissions, share credentials improperly, or attempt to enter another workspace.

2. Content restrictions

Do not create, upload, schedule, publish, or request assistance with content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, harassing, exploitative, or designed to distribute malware. Do not use the service to send prohibited spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform enforcement, or make regulated claims without required substantiation and disclosures.

You must have the rights needed for logos, photographs, music, voices, personal information, testimonials, and other material you submit. Publicly available material is not automatically free to reuse.

3. AI and automation

Do not use AI features to generate deceptive impersonations, fabricate endorsements or evidence, conceal required advertising disclosures, or make high-impact decisions about people. Review all output for accuracy, rights, safety, brand fit, and platform requirements before publication. See the AI & Automation Notice.

4. Security and service integrity

Do not probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service except under written authorization. Do not introduce malicious code, misuse API keys or tokens, defeat rate or access limits, or use the system in a way that risks other customers or providers. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the Security page.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or the public, or to comply with law. We will consider context and, when feasible and appropriate, provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
