Privacy Choices

How to make a privacy request and how the current product configuration affects advertising choices.

1. Submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “S4-Social Loop privacy request.” State whether you want access, correction, deletion, a copy, restriction, or another choice available under law. Include the account email, workspace or business name, and enough context to locate the records. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We may request proportionate verification and proof that an agent is authorized. Rights, response periods, and exceptions depend on the law that applies to you and to Consultwise LLC; this page does not assume every listed right applies in every location.

2. Sale and cross-context advertising configuration

Based on the application configuration reviewed for this notice, S4-Social Loop is not configured to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and its pages do not load advertising pixels. For that reason, the product does not display a “Do Not Sell or Share” switch for an activity that is not enabled.

This is a statement about the current technical and business configuration—not a blanket conclusion that every disclosure to a hosting provider, AI provider, or connected social platform is outside every privacy law. Those service disclosures are described in the Privacy Policy and Service Provider Notice. If the facts change, Consultwise LLC must update the notice and implement applicable choice signals and controls before enabling the new activity.

3. Other practical choices

• Edit available account, business, and Brand Kit information in the product.
• Manage workspace membership and roles through an authorized administrator.
• Disconnect a social destination locally and revoke the app separately in that provider's settings.
• Use the Data Deletion Instructions for deletion requests.
• Use browser controls described in the Cookie Notice.
