Service Provider Notice

The provider categories S4-Social Loop supports and when information is sent to them.

This notice describes supported integrations, not a promise that every listed provider is active. A provider applies only when Consultwise LLC configures it or an authorized user connects or requests the related feature.

1. Hosting, storage, and email

Hosting and infrastructure providers store the application, databases, logs, backups, and uploaded or generated media. Configured email infrastructure sends account, support, or operational messages. The specific vendors and processing locations depend on the production hosting and mail configuration.

2. AI and media providers

• OpenAI: supported for text, image, website-analysis, planning, and speech features.
• Anthropic: supported for applicable text features.
• Runway and Higgsfield: supported for Reel or video generation when configured.

Information sent depends on the requested feature and can include prompts, draft content, Brand Kit data, public website material, reference images, and media instructions. See the AI & Automation Notice.

3. Connected platforms

The application supports connections to Facebook and Instagram and contains integration paths for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. When an integration is configured and authorized, the provider may receive publishing content and may return identifiers, permissions, account details, results, metrics, or inbox activity.

4. Public websites

When a user requests website analysis, S4-Social Loop retrieves publicly available HTML and styling from the supplied business website. That website's hosting and security services can receive ordinary network request information.

5. Independent terms

Connected platforms and provider-controlled pages operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Provider lists, configurations, and features can change; the effective date identifies the version of this notice.
