AI & Automation Notice

What is sent to AI providers, what automation can do, and what still requires human review.

Effective date: 2026-09-16

1. When AI processing occurs

AI processing begins only when an authorized user asks S4-Social Loop to analyze a website, suggest topics, create or optimize captions, generate or refine an image, create narration, or generate a Reel. Recurring schedules can also request fresh content at each occurrence after a user configures and starts that schedule.

2. Information used

Depending on the feature, the request may include the user's instructions, draft content, public website material, business and Brand Kit details, selected social destination, brand assets, and an uploaded reference image. The configured provider processes that material to return requested output. AI request details, results, and errors may also be recorded in operational logs for troubleshooting.

3. Providers and media

Text features may use OpenAI or Anthropic when configured. Image and speech features use OpenAI when configured. Reel generation may use OpenAI for planning or narration and Runway or Higgsfield when those video providers are configured. Only providers needed for the selected, enabled feature should receive the relevant request. See the Service Provider Notice.

Uploaded reference images and generated media may be stored at public URLs needed for previews or social publishing. Do not use AI features for confidential media or information you are not authorized to provide.

4. Human review is required

AI output is a draft, not a verified fact. Review spelling, factual claims, prices and promotions, contact details, copyrights and permissions, likenesses, required disclosures, destination, timing, and visual layout before saving, scheduling, or publishing.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsuitable, or similar to other output. S4-Social Loop does not promise originality, exclusivity, legal clearance, platform acceptance, engagement, or business results.

5. Automation limits

A scheduled item or queued job is not confirmation that a provider accepted or published it. Provider permissions, outages, review systems, quotas, and account restrictions can delay or prevent completion. Monitor status and failure messages, especially for recurring schedules.
