Terms of Service
The responsibilities that apply when using S4-Social Loop for your business.
Effective date: 2026-09-16
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of S4-Social Loop, operated by Consultwise LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accepting these terms or using the service after they take effect, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and authority
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to manage the businesses and social accounts you connect. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use workspace roles responsibly. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for instructions submitted by people you authorize. Review which accounts and Pages belong to each workspace before creating, scheduling, or publishing content.
3. What the service provides
S4-Social Loop provides business profiles and Brand Kits, content drafting and media tools, social connections, scheduling and publishing, and available analytics or inbox features. Feature availability depends on configuration, permissions, platform approval, provider limits, and service availability.
We do not guarantee a particular publication time, uninterrupted availability, social reach, engagement, sales, or provider approval. Review publishing status and failure notices; a scheduled item is not proof that a platform accepted a post.
4. Your content and publishing instructions
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the features you request, including processing through configured providers and publishing to selected destinations. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for those uses.
Check captions, images, logos, contact details, factual claims, destinations, timing, and required disclosures before approving or scheduling a post. AI output may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other output; ownership or exclusivity is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing it before use.
Public media links and published posts may be accessed or copied by others. Do not upload confidential material to features that expose media through public URLs.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate applicable law, another person's rights, or a connected provider's rules. In particular, do not:
- Connect or publish to accounts without authorization, impersonate others, or submit misleading business information.
- Upload content you lack permission to use, unlawful material, malware, or private information without appropriate authority.
- Send prohibited spam, evade platform restrictions, bypass access controls, or attempt to access another workspace's data.
- Interfere with the service or misuse API credentials, automation, or AI features.
The separate Acceptable Use Policy provides additional examples and is incorporated into these terms.
6. Third-party services
Facebook, Instagram, other connected platforms, AI providers, and hosting or email providers operate independently. Their terms and policies may apply to your use of their features. They may change permissions, restrict an account, reject content, or experience outages. S4-Social Loop is not endorsed by or operated by Meta.
Keep required platform permissions current. Disconnecting a destination in this application is different from revoking permissions through the provider or deleting already-published content.
7. Fees, if applicable
Any paid plan, fee, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms must be provided in a separate order or plan agreement before you incur the relevant charge. These terms do not create an undisclosed subscription or replace separately agreed commercial terms. You may also have separate obligations to providers you contract with directly.
8. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes how the service handles information. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to request deletion. The AI & Automation Notice and Cookie Notice give feature-specific information. You must have any required permissions to submit personal information about customers, contacts, or other individuals.
Ending access, archiving a business, disconnecting a social account, and deleting data are different actions. Published platform copies, applicable recordkeeping duties, and backup expiration may affect what can be removed and when.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and request closure or deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unauthorized use, material breach, legal requirement, or provider restriction. Where feasible and appropriate, we will explain the reason and available next steps. Separately agreed payment obligations are not automatically canceled by stopping use.
10. Service limitations and disputes
Internet and AI services involve errors and interruptions. Maintain copies of important content and check results rather than relying on the service as your only record. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
If an issue arises, contact [email protected] so we can investigate. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an unconfirmed choice of jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and identify the revision using the effective date. Where required, we will provide notice and seek agreement before material changes apply. Contact us if you have questions about a proposed change.
